Leadership Opportunities

At The Well, we are passionate about encouraging you to put your faith into action by developing your spiritual gifts and talents, and encouraging you to use them for kingdom purpose. There are several opportunities to become active within our ministry. As you serve, your faith will be strengthened and you will help others grow in their faith. Our leaders serve in different areas of ministry and participate in peer discipleship. Each Wednesday night, at 6:30, our leadership team, and anyone else who would like, gather for a time of prayer; praying for our ministry and for each other.

Fellowship Team

Fellowship Team is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere on Wednesday nights. They will also contact our guest the following day to thank them for coming to worship with us. Finally, this team will plan various fellowship events throughout the summer.

For more information on how to get involved in the Fellowship Team, contact Jenna Wood, Director of Fellowship at jenna@thewellatlanta.org.

Tech Team

The details of a worship service should never be underestimated. We want to be good stewards of what God has given us, and that includes planning the details of the service. This team works hard to make sure all the audio and visual components of the service run smoothly.

For more information on how to get involved in the Tech Team, contact Kevin Cargill, Director of Technical Ministries at kevin@thewellatlanta.org.

Small Groups

We were created for community. Here at The Well, we are passionate about creating an environment where authentic community and transparent relationships can take place. We believe these two elements best come together in the context of small groups. Small groups meet once a week in various locations and will give you an opportunity to connect and “do life” with those around you. This is the heart of our ministry, so make sure not to miss out on what are sure to be life-changing relationships. Small Groups are peer led and are coordinated by the Director of Small Groups.

For more information on getting involved in a small group or leading one, contact John Wood, Director of Small Groups at john@thewellatlanta.org.

Prayer Team

Prayer is the foundation of this ministry. Without prayer, this ministry would simply not move forward. This team will actively intercede for our city, the people around us and this ministry. At The Well, we want to see Jesus move and that is what the Prayer Team is all about.

For more information regarding the prayer team, contact Justin Ely, Director of The Well at justin@thewellatlanta.org.

Outreach Team

The Bible makes a clear point that believers are called to share the light and love of Christ with those in helpless and hopeless situations. This is what the Outreach Team is about. The Outreach Team will plan, organize, and facilitate local outreach opportunities such as ministering to the homeless of Atlanta, as well as plan our summer mission trip.

For more information regarding the Outreach Team, contact Natalie Mosher, Director of Outreach at natalie@thewellatlanta.org.
